In Memory of SSG Wade Langley

SSG Wade Langley Jr., born on March 9, 1983, in Columbus, Ohio, enlisted in the U.S. Army after the events of 9-11. During his 12 years of service, he deployed three times in support of Combat Operations during the Global War on Terror and received numerous awards for his dedication. Wade was known for his love of family, the outdoors, shooting, and riding four-wheelers, and he was a die-hard Ohio State Buckeye fan who could always make you laugh and seemed to know the answer to everything Buckeye’s. On March 29, 2014, he passed away due to PTSD, leaving behind a legacy as an outstanding soldier, a loving husband, and a wonderful friend. His impact on the world is everlasting—forever missed but never forgotten.
